  • with built-in loop dispenser.

The first type involves filling the injector's loop dispenser with a sample by negative pressure generated by a syringe. The second brings the syringe to the sample vial, withdraws a predetermined volume, and injects it into the tap port, filling the loop. The processes are controlled by a stepper motor. Autosamplers with a built-in loop allow automatic sample introduction without loss.
