The Varian ProStar 410 HPLC Autosampler has variable injection volumes and automixing/autodiluting. The ProStar 410 is perfect for laboratories with changing needs. Full loop filloverfills the sample loop for maximum precision. Partial loop fill allows easily programmed variable injection volumes. Microliter pickup withdraws the exact amount to be injected without sample loss.

The Varian ProStar 410 AutoSampler offers the best of both worlds. It is intelligent for research applications yet rugged enough for routine quality control work. With Pressure Assisted Sampling Aspiration (PASA), the Varian 410 ProStar AutoSampler applies pressure within the vial while the sample is withdrawn by a high-resolution syringe. Air bubbles and in-vial vacuum problems are eliminated resulting in excellent reproducibility.
