How It Works: Neodymium-YAG lasers emit monochromatic light at 1064 nm, which penetrates deeply into the skin. A second crystal in the Qumedin device doubles the frequency, producing 532 nm light, visible as green light. This laser operates via a photoacoustic effect, breaking pigments into smaller particles.

With precisely adjustable parameters, the laser effectively treats a variety of skin concerns, including tattoos, permanent makeup, and pigmentation. The Qumedin laser breaks down pigments under the skin, which are then gradually eliminated by the body.

Additionally, carbon laser peeling performed with the Q-Switch laser cleanses the skin, tightens pores, evens out skin tone, and stimulates collagen production and cellular regeneration.
