The Abaxis VetScan VS1 Classic Analyzer delivers uncompromising accuracy from just two drops of whole blood, serum or plasma. Uses test rotors available from Abaxis. Rotors are available to run chemistry analysis on all mammals, reptiles and birds. Reference values are available for cats, dogs, horses and cows and can be manually entered for other species. Self-calibrating. Prints results on heat-sensitive test cards. The VetScan can also be connected to an external computer, and also interfaces with many commercial veterinary data management software packages.
