The Impella CP® Set with SmartAssist® is a percutaneous ventricular assist device engineered to provide short-term mechanical circulatory support in patients with compromised left ventricular function. Designed for rapid deployment, it supports hemodynamic stabilization during high-risk cardiac procedures and acute heart failure scenarios while enabling myocardial unloading and recovery.

Equipped with SmartAssist® technology, the system delivers real-time pressure-based feedback to optimize pump positioning and performance. With a maximum flow of 4.3 L/min, the device enhances systemic and coronary perfusion while reducing ventricular workload.
