The Olympus SPL-PD340 is a sterile, single-use lithotripsy probe designed for use with the Olympus ShockPulse-SE lithotripsy system. It combines ultrasonic and mechanical impact (dual-action) energies to efficiently fragment urinary and renal stones during procedures such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and bladder stone removals. The probe facilitates simultaneous stone fragmentation and aspiration through its large lumen, enhancing surgical efficiency and safety. It is color-coded blue for size identification and is compatible exclusively with the ShockPulse-SE system.
