Used - Good LAERDAL Resusci Anne

This manikin was made in Norway by the company that set the world standard for CPR training manikins. They can be upgraded to use BlueTooth trackable sensors with Laerdal part number 128-60750. This manikin is undamaged and appears to have seen little if any use. It has a tilting active jaw, inflatable disposable lung sacs and a spring loaded chest compression simulator. It does not currently have any electronic sensors or recorders as would a full QCRP designated model. The only model indicators on it are that it meets the 2010 standard. Apparently any model of Little Anne can be upgraded to the QCRP level with the above kit. addition of the. QCRP was used in this ad because these came in a bundle with QCRP carrying bags/mats.
There will be no state taxes or Canadian taxes of any kind collected. To be clear, his item will not be taxed by us. The package will be mailed to the buyer. Mail from Canada is generally not subject to taxes or tariffs when entering the USA. So far we have had no purchases taxed at this value level when sent by mail. If the powers that be IN the US decide it is worth taxing / tariffing this purchase once it has entered the US, then that is beyond our control. In the unlikely event this happens and they can figure out how to collect it, the tax rate will likely be a rate of 20 percent and it will be paid by the purchaser.
If, after all is said and done shipping costs us less than the $50 per manikin indicated, we will try to refund the difference between actual and estimated expenses. Mail is more expensive than courier ground service, however courier companies have recently started charging for or Customs Brokerage services on all packages coming from Canada regardless of value at a rate of $25 to $50. This is required so that they can assess the tariffs due on incoming shipments to the USA. If the buyer wants to take the chance on these charges and pay the shipping and tariff charges, we will gladly use their shipping label or courier account if they agree to pay all shipping importation costs
