PROMUS Element Plus Everolimus-Eluting Platinum
Chromium Coronary Stent System is a device/drug combination
product consisting of a drug/polymer-coated balloon-
expandable stent, pre-mounted on a Monorail (MR) or Over-The-
Wire (OTW) delivery catheter. The stent is made from a platinum
chromium alloy (PtCr). The drug-polymer coating consists of a
polymer, PVDF-HFP, and the active pharmaceutical ingredient,
everolimus.
This device is supplied in sterile condition. All materials inside
the sterile barrier pouch (the delivery system and stent, as well
as the carrier tube and pouch liner) are sterile. The external
surface of the sterile barrier pouch, as well as the product
carton, should not be considered sterile
