The combination of optimally coordinated treatment programmes and solutions makes multiFiltrate a truly multi-purpose tool for a wide range of applications.

Therapy range:

CVVH – in continuous venous haemofiltration, the filtrate is removed from the blood by convection using Ultraflux AV filters

Pre-Post CVVH – significantly higher convective volume exchange, up to 9.6 litres/hour, is achieved thanks to the high volume of Pre-Post CVVH. The replacement of the haemofiltration solution takes place simultaneously in pre- and post-dilution

CVVHD – ensures effective diffusional elimination of small and medium-sized molecules, even at low blood flow rates (e.g. 100–120 ml/min)

CVVHD EMiC2 – the inclusion of Ultraflux EMiC 2 in CVVHD therapy increases the average molecular clearance (e.g. β2-microglobulin, interleukin 6, myoglobin) and may even exceed the efficiency of CVVH

Ci-Ca CVVHD – integrated, regional citrate anticoagulation. Citrate binds calcium ions and inhibits many stages of the coagulation cascade. This results in effective anticoagulation and long filter patency. In addition, the patient's acid-base status can be selectively controlled

Ci-Ca CVVHD EMiC2 – therapy combining the advantages of CVVHD and citrate anticoagulation with improved removal of intermediate molecules

CVVHDF – CVVHDF treatment combines the advantages of diffusive and convective elimination of toxic substances, offering effective elimination of low- and medium-molecular-weight compounds. Substitution can take place before or after dilution

MPS – the patient's plasma is separated by a membrane filter and replaced, for example, with donor plasma

HP – haemoperfusion is used for the adsorption elimination of toxic substances from the blood using a whole blood adsorber

multiFiltrate ped CRRT – for the treatment of infants and young children. Continuous renal replacement therapy can be performed in CVVH mode (before or after dilution) and CVVHD

multiFiltrate SCUF – slow, continuous ultrafiltration provides gentle drainage through slow removal of ultrafiltrate. The Ultraflux haemofiltration filter is connected to reduced-volume tubing to achieve very low ultrafiltration rates
