Therapy range:

CVVH - for continuous venovenous haemofiltration, the filtrate is removed from the blood convectively using Ultraflux AV filters

Pre-Post CVVH - significantly higher convective volume exchange, up to 9.6 litres/hour, is achieved with high volume Pre-Post CVVH. Replacement of the haemofiltration solution takes place simultaneously in the pre- and post-dilution

CVVHD - ensures effective diffusion elimination of substances with small and medium molecules, even at low blood flows (e.g. 100-120 ml/min)

CVVHD EMiC2 - inclusion of Ultraflux EMiC 2 in CVVHD therapy increases the mean molecular clearance (e.g. β2-microglobulin, interleukin 6, myoglobin) and may even surpass the performance of CVVH

Ci-Ca CVVHD - integrated regional citrate anticoagulation. Citrate binds calcium ions and inhibits multiple steps in the coagulation cascade. This results in effective anticoagulation and long filter patency. In addition, the patient's acid-base status can be selectively controlled

Ci-Ca CVVHD EMiC2 - a therapy that combines the advantages of CVVHD and citrate anticoagulation with improved removal of intermediate molecules

CVVHDF - CVVHDF treatment combines the advantages of diffusion and convective elimination of toxic substances, offering effective elimination of small- and intermediate-molecule compounds. Substitution can take place before or after dilution

MPS - the patient's plasma is separated by a membrane filter and replaced with, for example, donor plasma

HP - haemoperfusion is used for the adsorptive elimination of toxic substances from the blood using a whole blood adsorber

multiFiltrate ped CRRT - for the treatment of infants and young children. Continuous renal replacement therapy can be performed in CVVH (pre- or post-dilution) and CVVHD mode

multiFiltrate SCUF - slow continuous ultrafiltration provides gentle drainage through slow ultrafiltrate removal. The Ultraflux haemofiltration filter is combined with reduced-volume tubing to achieve very low ultrafiltration rates
