Description
A used Perkin Elmer LS 50B Fluorescence Spectrophotometer used to measure luminescence, fluorescence, phosphorescence, chemiluminescence and bioluminescence. The excitation measurement range is between 200-800nm, while the emission measurement range is between 200-900nm. The wavelength accuracy is +/- 1 nm. It also includes a xenon lamp, a 10 mm cuvette holder that can be thermostated and the FL WinLab software. Additional accessories can be provided upon request. This is a used device.
