Spekol 11 is a microprocessor single-beam spectrophotometer. Depending on the layout of the measuring attachment, transmission, extinction, kinetic reactions, fluorescence or turbidity measurements can be used. It works in the range of 340nm to 620nm (blue photocell) and 620nm to 850 nm (red photocell) with a spectral beam width of 11nm.
