SURTRON EVAC smoke evacuator

The SURTRON EVAC is a system designed for the evacuation and filtration of fumes produced during any electrosurgical procedure.

The fumes have a strong, rather unpleasant smell that lingers at the site of the intervention.

These fumes are mainly composed of water vapor, organic gases, visible or invisible solid particles and viral particles.

Good suction and filtration are necessary to eliminate bad odours, and by using the SURTRON EVAC you will also reduce bacteriological or viral risks. Another advantage is that it solves the possible problem of vision of the treated area, which is very bothersome especially during laparoscopic procedures.

The suction activation can be done automatically and manually:

Automatic: through the electronic detection system for remote activation of the high-frequency electrosurgical unit.

Manual: directly operating the unit via a foot pedal (optional) .

On the other hand, the suction flow can be adjusted to suit individual needs. In the case of laparoscopic procedures, there is a specific function to select.

The SURTRON EVAC has an electronic suction control that will indicate the wear status of the filters.

The Blue filter (BLUE) is the standard filter that comes with the equipment and is used for first use (5h). The Red filter (RED) is the replacement filter that is used for a longer time of use (20h), this is sold separately.
