Brilliant illumination:
From a 6V 27W pre-centered tungsten filament lamp. It has three intensity settings: Low (5.1V), Normal (6.2V) and High (7.5V).
Convenient lever magnification change:
For quick switching between objective magnifications from 1X to 1.6X; 10X to 16X (with 10X eyepieces) or to 25X with optional 16X eyepieces.
Beam inclined up to 20º:
Allows horizontal optical sections while being particularly useful in gonioscopy and funduscopy.
Infinitely adjustable slit width and length:
The slit length is continuously adjustable from 1 to 8 mm. Slit width from 9 mm to 0. Rotation of the lever gives seven aperture changes ranging from 9 to 0.2 mm.
Four integrated filters:
The conveniently placed lever on the illumination column quickly inserts the four filters into the light path. All four filters are cobalt blue, red-free, 13% neutral density, and heat-absorbing.
Engraved angular scale:
It simplifies the fitting of astigmatic contact lenses.
Two fixation targets:
A ring fixation target adjustable from -15 to +10 diopters, plus a fiber optic point target, are provided.
