Description
The MELAseal 100+ heat sealer from MELAG is used for the safe and rapid packaging of instruments to prevent contamination. It is compact and heats up quickly for fast instrument packaging. Furthermore, instruments can be packaged in plastic bags and then sterilized in an autoclave for thorough sterilization, protecting your patients. Therefore, the MELAseal 100+ heat sealer ensures reliable and efficient processes in your practice or clinic.
The MELAseal 100+ heat sealer is a compact and space-saving device. It heats up in less than two minutes and allows for continuous packaging with a 10 mm sealing edge width, complying with EN 868-5 regulations and offering a high level of safety. Furthermore, the device features temperature and sealing time monitoring technology. In case of deviation, a visual and audible signal is emitted. The continuous thermometer also allows the use of plastic bags from various manufacturers. The device has an integrated blade for cutting the plastic bag to the required length.
