Description:
The Thermo Savant SPD120 Vacuum Concentrator Kit is a powerful complete system for gentle and efficient sample drying by centrifugal vacuum concentration. It is ideal for DNA/RNA samples, oligonucleotides, peptides, proteins and other heat-sensitive biological or chemical substances.
By combining centrifugal force, controlled heating and negative pressure, the SPD120 system enables rapid and uniform concentration of samples without loss of substance or thermal decomposition. The UVS450A cold trap reliably protects the vacuum system from solvent vapors and ensures a long service life.
