The Exilis Ultra 360 is a non-invasive energy-based aesthetic system that combines radio-frequency (RF) and ultrasound energies to deliver thermal volumetric heating to tissues for the purposes of skin tightening, fat reduction, body contouring and intimate/vaginal rejuvenation.

Its Femme 360 variant is positioned for vaginal canal and vulvar rejuvenation: labia remodeling, tightening of introitus (vaginal opening), vaginal canal tightening, improved lubrication and sexual wellness.

• Uses bipolar/monopolar radio-frequency plus non-focused ultrasound to deliver heat to targeted tissues.

• Incorporates a system called EFC™ (Energy Flow Control) that monitors tissue impedance/temperature in real-time, to deliver consistent heating while avoiding overheating.

• For vaginal/intimate treatment (Femme 360): a 360° applicator tip is used to deliver energy around the vaginal canal; an external handpiece tip treats the labia/vulvar region. The energy causes controlled collagen fiber disruption and subsequent remodeling (heat triggers collagen contraction, then fibroblast activity builds new collagen).

• The heating stimulates increased blood flow, collagen synthesis, and improvement of tissue tone in internal/external intimate tissues.
