The PrimeG is a gradient thermal cycler that includes all the features of the Prime unit. The wide linear gradient with a range of 30 °C allows for the optimization of annealing temperatures in a single experiment. The gradient calculator function displays the temperature for each of the eight columns, ensuring easy replication of thermal conditions.

The Prime Combi-Block thermal cyclers offer exceptional flexibility with the capacity to hold 33 tubes of 0.2 ml and 33 tubes of 0.5 ml, arranged in 6 rows and 11 columns. The Prime Combi-Block thermal cyclers are available with or without temperature gradient, which can be upgraded later.
