High quality 96 well silver block with gold coating for excellent temperature uniformity: 55 °C ± 0.15 °C after 15 s and max. ramping rates up to 8 °C/sec
Gradient function incl. Linear Gradient Tool programming
Use of different optical plastic materials in 0.1 mL and 0.2 mL format
Patented fiber optic system for ideal illumination and excitation of all 96 samples without edge effects
