The qTOWER iris touch is a powerful and modern stand-alone thermal cycler for the performance of quantitative real-time PCR.
High quality 96 well silver block with gold coating for excellent temperature uniformity: 55 °C ± 0.15 °C after 15 s and max. ramping rates up to 8 °C/sec
Gradient function incl. Linear Gradient Tool programming
Use of different optical plastic materials in 0.1 mL and 0.2 mL format
Patented fiber optic system for ideal illumination and excitation of all 96 samples without edge effects
Minimum scan times of 6 seconds for 96 samples
Unique multicolor LED light source and matched filter modules for up to 6-fold multiplexing
UV ready - applications in the wavelength range of the UVA spectrum using the UV module are possible (UV module must be ordered separately, part no.: 844-00826-0)
