Supported by Quansoft software, PrimeQ gives users the freedom to choose their preferred chemistry, consumables and data analysis methods. PrimeQ has a wide dynamic range and high sensitivity for absolute and relative quantification, with applications including dissociation analysis for genotyping experiments and product verification, as well as end point analysis for plus/minus scoring and allelic discrimination. It introduces Quansoft, a unique, intuitive software package which enhances the user experience across its thermal cycler range, making the process of creating and analyzing real-time PCR experiments much simpler and faster. With its capabilities for multiplex applications and flexible scanning mechanism allowing both partial and full plate reads, PrimeQ provides high accuracy and ease of use. PrimeQ's single white LED light source, a photomultiplier tube (PMT) detector, and five paired excitation and emission filters covering wavelengths 470-710nm make it a versatile and reliable choice for real-time PCR applications.
