With a temperature range of 10 below ambient to 80°C and a temperature stability of 0.15°C, it has a column capacity of three 30 centimeter columns and can utilize a temperature accuracy of 0.8°C. The warm up/cool down time is 5 mins from ambient to 40°C. Peltier heating and cooling allows for high heating and cooling speeds for maximum flexibility and stability. This used column compartment is designed for HPLC applications and is in working condition. Typical applications include pharmaceutical analysis, separation and quantification of drugs, and environmental testing.
