MEDIFA MAT 5000 is designed to perform procedures and surgeries in the field of general surgery. All metal parts exposed to external factors are made of acid-resistant steel. The change of the height of the table top is possible thanks to a hydraulic actuator and foot pump and is carried out with a foot switch. The base of the table is mobile, with central wheel lock and table positioning function activated by a foot switch. Changing the angle of the backrest, footrest, headrest, as well as the Trendelenburg and anti-Trendelenburg positions is possible with the use of interlocking gas springs, actuated by levers located in convenient places for the operator. Lateral tilting is accomplished with a crank located on the side, under the seat segment. The tabletop segments are permeable to x-rays and allow imaging and C-arm monitoring. The limitation of the monitoring area is the width of the table column. The table mattresses are seamless, ergonomically shaped and transparent to X-rays,
