are designed for a controlled, fully automatic process of cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes and other thermolabile devices. Their design and functionality ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency in an unprecedentedly short time (a full process in as little as 22 minutes),
WASSENBURG WD440 has a unique contoured chamber with a corrugated bottom connected to a special spiral tube. As the solution enters the chamber and flows through the tube, it gently lifts the endoscope along with its probe, eliminating contact points and allowing efficient penetration of any area. The basis of the system's effectiveness is proven pump and connection technology. Each endoscope channel is independently processed and controlled for flow, pressure and leakage,
Two independently operating separate washing chambers provide easy access to individually loaded and connected endoscopes and increase the efficiency of the washer. The chambers are made of the highest quality stainless steel for optimum performance of the cleaning and disinfection process over the life of the machine. In addition, their corrugated bottom minimizes contact with the endoscope. The chambers are designed to reduce water consumption as much as possible and ensure that the process temperature remains constant,
