Used PENTAX Auxiliary Controller

This Endo Active series device appears to be a low production auxiliary video camera controller. The ID plate indicates it is a mode 68291 with the S/N 1000. I appears to have been dropped somewhere along the line. It did power up (without the display lighting up) using a 9 VDC input. The controls did not seem to respond, but the indicator lights and the alarm were active. Inside is a pneumatic switch which is connected to an air input on the front panel. I suspect this and the button marked Capture, also on the front panel are used to turn a video feed on and off. The brunt of the obvious damage is to the bottom corners on one side of the device. There is no apparent damage to the front or rear panels, the display, internal mounts, boards or switches.
