This is in good condition and is warrantied to be without functional issues on delivery. It will likely require calibration. Typically this instrument is used for testing the output of devices such as ECGs, defibrillatorss and pacemaker, but it can be used for a variety of tests on other medical and other emitting equipment. Manuals for it are available on-line. A basic instruction guide is also available on request.
Two functional units are available as well as a
parts unit. It is without cosmetic issues but does not power or light up when plugged in. The cause of the problem has not been traced. Please make an offer on this if interested
