Product Information of TP-6100 Manual Headspace Sampler
Product Profile:
Head-space sampler is an excellent sample pretreatment equipment for gas chromatography. For a large number of samples containing low boiling point components, it can not be directly sampled and analyzed to obtain the results. After the sample is sealed in the headspace bottle, it evaporates at a certain temperature and condenses at the top of the bottle. Through the analysis of the gas phase at the top of the bottle, the qualitative and quantitative purposes can be achieved. Technology has become an important and widely used means.
TP-6100 automatic headspace sampler is the latest product with unique technology and independent intellectual property rights launched by our company on the basis of the original TP-6100A. Compared with similar domestic products, it has more working holes and can realize two operation modes of balancing method and pressurizing method. The unique design of this product has obtained a practical model.
Main features:
1. Strong versatility, novel and unique design of headspace injector flow system, with balanced injection and pressurized injection, which makes it extremely convenient for domestic and imported various models of gas chromatography.
2. It adopts single-chip computer control, large LCD screen display and man-machine conversation mode. It is very simple, convenient and flexible to use.
3 Intelligent programming, one key to complete the whole process of sampling, sampling, analysis and backblowing.
The heating block in the sample bottle heating furnace adopts the integral circular opening structure, and the protection device for over-temperature dropout and power-off is designed. It has the characteristics of high power, fast heating, small gradient, high temperature control precision and safe temperature rise.
4. The analysis efficiency is high. In order to improve the analysis efficiency, the sample transmission pipeline and the injection valve adopt heating, temperature control and thermal insulation design independently. It avoids the automatic back-blowing function of the condensation sample transmission pipeline and the injection valve during the sample transmission, and avoids the cross-contamination of different samples.

The range of sample bottle heating furnace temperature (headspace temperature) is from room temperature to 400 C, and the increment is adjusted by 1 C.
The constant temperature range of sample bottle is from room temperature to 200 C, the constant temperature gradient and temperature control accuracy are less than 0.5%. br>The temperature range of sample transmission pipeline (including injection solenoid valve) is from room temperature to 150 and the adjustment is increased by 1 C.

The relative standard error of sample analysis is less than 1.5% uder selected samples and operating conditions.
Headspace time (sample heat balance time) sampling time, cleaning time: 0-60 minutes, can be set arbitrarily according to the analysis requirements.
