Diagnostic Scan helps discern details
An optional feature exclusive to Philips MicroDose SI, Diagnostic Scan helps to avoid distinguishing details in point compression images. Diagnostic Scan uses a higher dose on a point compression area. Then, thanks to the high resolution system, electronic magnification can be used to help visualize details at a lower dose than geometric magnification. In addition, Diagnostic Scan does not require a magnification table on the patient support.
