• The motorized movements of the Giotto Image 3DL with isocentric height control and customizable automatic sequences, speed up the examination procedure.
• Working with the GIOTTO IMAGEL 3DL is quick and easy. It meets the expectations of the most important mammography departments, with high patient throughputs such as screening centers. Four control points strategically placed on the device, allow you to control its movements manually or automatically, wherever you are.
With the GIOTTO IMAGEL 3DL, positioning is more comfortable and flexible compared to any other mammograph. You can position yourself conventionally (at the patient's side) or facing her: you will find it faster and more efficient. You can use one or the other possibility depending on the patient's anatomy: the aim is to quickly and effectively optimize the quality of the result.
• The human body is 3D and so are the movements of the GIOTTO! The circular arch offers great ease of adaptation to the anatomy of each woman. Women with reduced mobility appreciate this unique feature: the Giotto tilts towards them for easier mammography positioning.
• The inclined arch offers more comfort to the patient who leans on the bucky. This position allows the pectoral muscle to relax and up to 2 cm more of breast tissue can be compressed and visualized, allowing a better diagnosis.
• The GIOTTO IMAGEL 3DL does not come with handles. Holding on to them contracts the pectoral muscle causing a retraction of the breast: gravity reduces this effect.
• The Giotto Image 3DL comes with a SCS (Sensitive Compression System) aimed at reducing the patient's discomfort during breast compression. The computer determines the compression speed according to the detected breast density
