As the successor of the classic Swiss Lithoclast, Lithoclast II is a gold standard for lithotripsy of all types of urinary stones. Lithoclast II can be effectively used for the treatment of renal, ureteric and bladder stones. This powerful system offers effective fragmentation of hard and large calculi with no tissue trauma. The whole system is light weight, ergonomic and is easy to handle.

• Ballistic / Pneumatic Technology The device uses pneumatic impulses (“ballistic”) to fragment urinary stones.

• Powerful Fragmentation It is designed to handle hard and large calculi (stones), efficiently breaking them apart.

• Lightweight & Ergonomic Handpiece The pn3 handpiece is lightweight and offers good ergonomic design which gives better control for the operator.

• Impulse Frequency Adjustability Allows setting of the pneumatic impulse frequency (typically in a range of 2-12 Hz in multiple-impulse mode), plus single impulse mode.

• Dual Foot Pedal / Controls There's a dual foot pedal system: one pedal for triggering impulses, another (“boost”) or control of impulsing/speed.

• LithoVac® LV3 Suction System This system helps to control the “push-back effect” (stone fragments being pushed away or migrating) and helps with fragment removal during the procedure.
