Description
The VF16-5 is a small-footprint, 192-element linear array transducer that utilizes Hanafy lens transducer technology in ergonomically designed microCase transducer miniaturization technology. Wideband MultiHertz multiple frequency imaging provides multiple transmission frequencies for optimal resolution and penetration. Primary applications include breast, thyroid, vascular, musculoskeletal, testicular, and emergency medicine imaging. Hanafy lens transducer technology enables uniform, narrow image slice thickness for excellent penetration, detail and contrast resolution, high signal-to-noise ratio, and high sensitivity in color and spectral Doppler modes.
