The HI98501 Checktemp® is a rugged, digital thermometer with a stainless steel probe. It measures temperature over a wide range with high accuracy.
It can withstand a wide range of ambient temperatures, allowing readings to be reliably read even at ambient temperatures of -30°C or 50°C. The wide-angle display prevents parallax error, allowing readings to be viewed from any angle. The thermometer features Hannas unique CAL CHECK function, which checks the internal calibration and measurement accuracy of the device upon power-up and alerts you in the event of a malfunction.
The penetration probe easily penetrates semi-solid products for simple and quick routine temperature checks.

HI98501 Checktemp is the ideal device for temperature measurement according to HACCP requirements.
