Used FEI Quanta 3D Dual Beam Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscope (FIB-SEM). System is currently functioning and in-use. Offered in “as-is” condition. UPS, isolation transformer, water chiller, and air compressor are not included. FEG is 1 year old, Ga LMIS, C, and Pt are 6 months old. New HV PSUs. 30kV, eucentric WD=10mm, WD range 5-60mm, and stage movement in X,Y,Z, R, T all motorized with manual adjustment of X, Y, Z, R on the chamber door. Slice & View and Drift Correction works great. ETD, retractable DBS detector, and retractable STEM detector. MPC, SPC, and misc accessories included. System purchasers should be trained and qualified to operate/maintain high vacuum equipment, pressurized gases, and high voltages. System purchasers should also be qualified to handle heavy equipment. Estimated system weight about 3,000lbs with equipment rack estimated at 1,000 lbs. You must bring your own packing and shipping supplies. Original shipping crates are not included.
