The Thermo Scientific HERAcell VIOS 160i is a high-quality CO incubator designed specifically for demanding cell culture applications. With a useful volume of 160 litres, precise control of CO concentration and an interior made entirely of stainless steel, this model offers ideal conditions for cell growth, incubation and cultivation.
The VIOS 160i has been designed for maximum contamination safety and uniform conditions in the interior. The proven 180°C high-temperature disinfection system ensures reliable sterility. The air circulation takes place without fan (fanless design) for a gentle incubation.
Thanks to the modern color touch screen with intuitive user interface, temperature, CO content and alarm functions can be easily monitored and controlled. The incubator is equipped with IR sensor technology for CO and can also be optionally extended with O control.
