The Phenomenex Luna 10u C18(2) 100A P/N 00G-4253-V0 HPLC Column is a dependable, ultra-pure silica-based column offering an extensive variety of selectivities scalable from micro-bore to preparative and purification scale solutions. It provides an extensive line of rugged USP phases, wide pH stability for long column lifetime and method flexibility, and easy method scalability from Fast LC to Preparative and Bulk Purification. The recommended use includes the separation of hydrophobic compounds. With octadecyl silane ligands bound to the silica surface, it offers a very hydrophobic phase with great methylene selectivity and virtually eliminates silanol interactions. It comes in various particle sizes (2.5, 3, 5, 10, 15), with a pore size of 100, surface area of 400 sq. m/g, and a carbon load of 17.5%.
