Used MILTENYI BIOTEC MACS MultiStand

The MultiStand is used to support the μMACS™, thermoMACS™, MiniMACS™, MidiMACS™, OctoMACS™ and QuadroMACS™ separator.
Applications
MACS® separators are magnetically attached to the MultiStand. The MultiStand can accommodate one μMACS, one thermoMACS, one OctoMACS, one QuadroMACS, up to four MiniMACS, or up to three MidiMACS separators.
Overview octoMACS
The OctoMACS™ separator enables up to eight simultaneous separations in combination with MS columns, large cell columns or M columns:
MS columns for positive selection or depletion of cells
Large cell columns for the positive selection of large cells, e.g., megakaryocytes
M-columns for the isolation of molecules, e.g., RNA
Simultaneous separations may be required for processing multiple samples or for separating large, portioned samples.
