The Thermo Dionex CarboPac SA10 with a length of 250 mm is a highly specialized anion exchange column for the rapid and selective separation of simple sugars in aqueous samples using ion chromatography (IC). It is ideal for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and biotechnological applications where mono - and disaccharides need to be precisely quantified.
Thanks to its polymer-based stationary phase with a high ion exchange capacity profile, the column enables particularly rapid analysis without derivatization of the target compounds.
