Blossom IVTE, is the Integrated Valve Tissue Expander by GC Aesthetics. The product is intended for temporary subcutaneous implantation and requires periodic, incremental inflation with sterile saline for injection until the desired amount of tissue is developed. The expanders are available in a wide range of sizes to meet diverse surgical needs. All Blossom IVTE’s are supplied with a sterile and ergonomic E x ter nal Locating Device (ELD).The Blossom™ IVTE is filled with saline solution and typically requires four to six months to expand the desired volume. The total expansion period will vary depending on patient tolerance, tissue tolerance and desired tissue expansion.
