Duo 2 mattress - designed for two main therapeutic modes of maintaining constant or variable low pressure. Both are under constant control of the De-Teq intra-articular pressure level monitoring system.

The Duo2 mattress provides at least 60 per cent lower peak intraventricular pressure levels compared to conventional variable pressure mattresses.

The continuous low-pressure mode, in which the intra-articular pressure is automatically controlled by the De-Teq technology sensors, ensures maximum distribution of the patient's weight, which in effect means minimum pressure at the mattress's contact limit with the patient's body surface - a solution hitherto unavailable in mattresses with constant-pressure systems
