The Miltenyi gentleMACS Dissociator is an automated homogenizer for fast and reproducible tissue shredding and cell isolation. Designed for use in research and diagnostic laboratories, this compact device allows standardized sample preparation of up to 2 samples simultaneously.
The gentleMACS uses specialized disposable tubes with integrated rotor elements, which allows mechanical influences to be precisely controlled and adapted to different tissue types. Thanks to pre-programmed and individually adaptable programs, the system is ideal for the gentle and efficient collection of cells from a wide range of tissue samples - such as brain, liver, spleen or tumours.
