Year of manufacture 03.2015. Power supply for analyser 100-240VAC, 300W. Compressor power supply 220/230VAC. Maintenance, removal of labels. All tests performed without reagents. Analyser mechanical/electrical/electronic side starts correctly. Password: admin/admin.
Test procedure:
1. CR1220 battery voltage check: faulty, replacement necessary, analyser loses date and time.
2. presence of reagents simulated.
3. expiry date of reagents changed.
4. analyser software version - Boot software: 1.3.5
5. Temp&Pres - temperatures and pressures in correct ranges.
6. Vol&Cur - voltages and currents in correct ranges. Laser diode current: 36.3 (range 20-50).
7. Self test: tests (Mechanical, Circuit, Valve) positive except: RBC Aperture Vol, Hgb Blank Voltage, Internal Barcode, Sample Feed, Sample Load, Sample Unload, Pierce Cylinder. Dobber - reagent missing. Errors are probably due to lack of reagents and lack of feeder.
8 Setup: date correction not performed, Print - user data was not present, Advanced (service password) - language change from Polish to English.
