This LS135 light is fully functional and has no damage. It is currently set up for mounting on the side or end of an exam or procedure table or to be affixed to a wall. We also have this light available in the LS-150 version and floor and wall / desk mount models

This light will be shipped anywhere in the USA for NO additional cost. No US state or Canadian taxes will be charged on checkout or delivery. Tariffs or border related fees will be added to the cost. What is paid on checkout is all that will be paid for the product. The rest of what will be charged to US customers is based on actions beyond our control.
