Description:
The Sage Science PippinHT is a fully automated DNA size selection system for applications in next-generation sequencing (NGS). With a capacity of up to 24 samples per run, the system enables efficient and high-precision selection of DNA fragments, ideal for laboratories with high throughput requirements.
The size selection is performed using pre-filled agarose gel cassettes, which allow precise fragmentation in the range from 100 bp to 1.5 kb. By automating the process, the system improves the consistency and quality of NGS libraries and reduces manual error sources.
The PippinHT is suitable for numerous applications, including whole-genome sequencing, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and miRNA analysis.
