Description:
The Fluidigm Juno system is an automated platform for targeted DNA sequencing library preparation. It is specifically designed to simplify and standardize complex molecular genetic workflows - especially for applications such as targeted resequencing, SNP genotyping and amplicon sequencing.
The system allows simultaneous processing of multiple samples with minimal manual effort. It reduces sources of error, increases reproducibility and significantly saves time and reagents compared to manual methods.
The Juno platform is fully compatible with Fluidigm Access Array IFCs (Integrated Fluidic Circuits) and is often used in combination with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms such as Illumina or Thermo Fisher.
