Description:

The QuickGene Mini8L is a personal benchtop system for rapid Nucleic Acid Extraction and Purification of DNA from various samples types, including whole blood, tissue, cells, plants and viruses. This compact unit can process 8 large-volume samples, up to 2.0 mL, in a single run, making efficient use of laboratory bench space.

With its ultra-thin polymer membrane, the QuickGene technology allows for effective capture of nucleic acids. This novel low-pressure design requires no centrifugation, delivering quality DNA with high-purity yields.

QuickGene Nucleic Acid Extraction Systems are made in Japan.

Simplified DNA / RNA extraction

Simple and easy DNA extraction process from primary tube to final storage tubes. The system uses pre-filled, single-use cartridges that can run independently, providing added flexibility and, most important, avoiding any risk of contamination or human error processing. Patented porous membrane for high-yield, high-purity isolation

The nucleic acid adsorptive medium used in the QuickGene Mini8L system is a porous membrane developed through application of advanced polymer membrane production technology. It is only 80 μm thick, making it incomparably thinner than conventional glass fibers. Because of the outstanding adsorptive and desorptive performances of the membrane, nucleic acid can be rapidly and reliably isolated at low pressure without being damaged, which realizes high-quality nucleic acid isolation.
