SMARTLIPO TRIPLEX 3 wavelength laser lipolysis system usable as a single wavelength 1440 (Cellulaze), or 1320 or 1064nm laser, or blend mode with balanced delivery of 1064/1320nm or 1064/1440nm.

Facial and body handpieces with SmartSense and ThermaGuide. SmartSense™ detects if the operator is not moving the cannula through the fat tissue at the right speed and interrupts the laser light within 0.2 seconds to prevent it from overheating the tissue. In addition, the ThermaGuide™ system is integrated, which measures the current temperature of the treated tissue at the end of the cannula and calculates the average temperature of the tissue, which can be read on the device's display.

Laser lipolysis improves the efficiency of liposuction because it liquefies the fat tissue, so that a larger volume can be easier to remove. It can also be used without liposuction: according to some studies, the results are no different when liposuction is also used after the laser procedure. Less traumatic: due to the small cannula size, only 1mm incisions need to be made in the skin, and thanks to the fat-dissolving effect of the laser, the device can be guided more easily in the fat tissue. The result: less bleeding and faster healing time. The laser coagulates small blood vessels, so blood loss is even less. The sucked fat is much cleaner than that removed by the traditional method. One of the most important advantages is skin retraction and tightening. After classical fat removal methods, loose skin remains, which can only be corrected surgically. The heating caused by the laser tightens the collagen network, and new fibers begin to form.

The system was a demo at the distributor company of Cynosure and used for maximum 10 treatments during the long period. The laser source is in perfect condition and all the accessories are ready to use.
