The Repligen XCell ATF 10 Single-use Device is a cutting-edge cell retention device designed for supporting high cell density and high viability cell culture operations. It enables linear scaling to support multiple scales of cell culture development and cGMP manufacturing. This state-of-the-art equipment has not been used before and comes with a 30-Day Warranty, 100% Parts and Labor. Software not included. The XCell ATF 10 is ideally suited for applications in bioreactor sizes ranging from 200L to 5000L, with materials such as PES and PS, typical pore sizes of 0.2µ, and an effective surface area of 11m2. Furthermore, it offers an ATF flow range of 30 - 80 Lpm and typical scalable flow/fiber and filtrate rates of 12 mL/min/fiber and 4-6 LMH. The XCell ATF 10 also integrates seamlessly with the XCell C410 Controller and XCell LS Controller.
