The VAPOUR-Line 80-B is a high-performance steam sterilizer designed for reliable sterilization of liquids in open or slightly closed containers, unwrapped instruments, laboratory waste, and solid items. It features a microprocessor controller with 10 pre-programmed cycles (5 modifiable and 5 password-protected), ensuring flexibility and precision. Safety is enhanced through a TÜV-approved locking mechanism and thermal lock compliant with EN DIN 61010-2-43.

This model includes an integrated sterile filter for chamber venting, gravity-based air removal, and an internal steam condensation system that is water-cooled and temperature-controlled. Steam is generated directly within the chamber, with heating elements located beneath the chamber base — preventing contamination and extending component life. A built-in memory stores up to 150 sterilization cycles for later reference or printout.
