Operation and use
The autoclave uses a fractional vacuum system to sterilize — this process is capable of removing the air contained in hollow, porous or cavity-like instruments to ensure effective sterilization. It handles the sterilization of various instruments: solid, porous, hollow, loose or packaged (bags, boxes), making it a device suitable for medical, dental, and paramedical environments.

Security and automation

Automated cycle management: heating, vacuum, sterilization, drying — all controlled by an electronic system with PID control for stability & reliability. • Several cycles available: for example, standard cycles at 121 °C and 134 °C, flash cycles, cycles for bagged or unbagged materials, as well as test cycles (e.g., empty test, Bowie-Dick type test). • Possibility of filling and emptying water — integrated tank — with pump system + automatic shut-off if tank is full. • Internal tray holders to avoid direct contact between instruments and chamber, contributing to safety and cleanliness. • Designed to sterilize type B loads (hollow, porous, etc.), making it compatible with the requirements of modern medical instruments.
