The larger sterilization chamber (45 cm, volume 22 l) and the water cooling of the vacuum pump make the Vacuklav 44 B+ the ideal autoclave for all practices that want to sterilize a large number of instruments in a short time. Only 20 minutes in the quick program "B" for the sterilization of packaged instruments. And only 10 minutes in the quick program "S" for the sterilization of unpacked instruments. Each includes fractional pre-vacuum and drying. A load of up to 9 kg can be safely sterilized and dried. The intelligent DRYtelligence drying system, with its specially developed algorithms, enables optimal drying in the shortest possible time in every loading situation.
The innovative XXL color touch display of the Vacuklav 44 B+ avoids errors by the user, all menus are self-explanatory and allow intuitive operation. A particular advantage for the practice is the software already integrated in the device for the release, labeling and tracking of the sterilized instruments. This saves time and money for additional software products and hardware.
